    — Participant from Youth Focus

  • “The most significant changes in my life since starting the program is changing my perspective of others and myself.”

    — Participant from Servite College

  • “I would definitely recommend it, it’s a whole new experience and brings up so many things, some I was aware of and others I had never made the connection, but I am so glad I did.”

    — Participant from Youth Focus

  • "Thank you for allowing our boys this amazing opportunity to reconnect with nature, themselves and most importantly each other. Their relationship as brothers has improved and given them common ground to build upon. The car rides home are peaceful and full of stories of their adventures. Thank you, Thank you, Thank you.

This is our state-of-the-art approach:

At Hannah Rose Equine-Assisted Psychotherapy, we understand that schools want effective ways to support students struggling with emotional regulation, behaviour and engagement.

Many students can engage in counselling, yet still struggle to achieve meaningful, lasting change — placing pressure on staff, classrooms and wellbeing teams.

That’s why we’ve developed a structured six-week program combining evidence-informed counselling with equine-assisted psychotherapy — to help re-engage, regulate and stabilise the behaviour of young people who don’t respond to traditional therapy approaches.
